Employment Standards

  • College Diploma or Degree is required. Major in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Business or Tourism preferred.
  • Professional culinary or Hotel certificate is a plus.
  • Must have 3-5 years Hotel F&B management experience including banqueting and operation in a International 4 stars hotel.
  • Possess strong leadership and creativity skills and food cost.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong inter-personal, planning and organizational skills and a team player.
  • Needs good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows-based computer.
  • Articulate in English language. Additional language skills (Mandarin/Japanese/European) a plus.
