Employment Standards
- College Diploma or Degree is required. Major in Hotel and
Restaurant Management, Business or Tourism preferred.
- Professional culinary or Hotel certificate is a plus.
- Must have 3-5 years Hotel F&B management experience
including banqueting and operation in a International 4 stars
hotel.
- Possess strong leadership and creativity skills and food
cost.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Strong inter-personal, planning and organizational skills
and a team player.
- Needs good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows-based
computer.
- Articulate in English language. Additional language skills
(Mandarin/Japanese/European) a plus.
